KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, direct and oversee all production activities to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Ensure production targets are met with high quality standards and on-time delivery.
- Develop and implement production plans, schedules and workflows.
- Monitor and optimize production processes, equipment performance and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, health and safety, and environmental regulations.
- Lead, motivate and develop the production team to drive performance and accountability.
- Manage inventory, raw materials and coordinate with supply chain to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement best practices.

- Has strong knowledge and experience in coconut based products manufacturing.
- Possesses excellent leadership, communication and team management skills.
- Has good understanding of production planning, quality control and process improvement.
