Uga Ulagalla – Anuradhapura is seeking a Storekeeper to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for receiving, issuing and safeguarding inventory, maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating with department heads, and ensuring the efficient operation of the stores while supporting exceptional guest experiences.

By keeping our inventory operations organized and efficient, as a Storekeeper, you will support the smooth functioning of our daily operations by ensuring stock accuracy, timely issuance of materials, and proper inventory control. We are looking for a dedicated professional who understands that behind every outstanding guest experience lies efficient store management, accurate record keeping, and seamless coordination across all operational departments.

The Ideal Profile We Are Looking For:

• A Proven Track Record: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a similar Storekeeper role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Operational Knowledge: Strong understanding of inventory control procedures, stock management, GRNs, bin cards, store documentation, and inventory systems, with the ability to maintain accurate stock records and support the smooth operation of all departments.
• Collaboration and Accountability: A dependable team player who works effectively with operational departments to ensure smooth inventory flow.
• Organizational Skills: Well-organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain efficient store operations.
• Professional Qualifications: A qualification in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or Accounting is preferred.
