Customer Service Officer
Shift Basis
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via live chat, calls, emails, and social media platforms
- Assist customers with account registrations, verifications, deposits, and withdrawals
- Resolve complaints professionally and coordinate with relevant departments
- Support customers with promotions, bonuses, gaming products, and technical issues
- Ensure excellent customer experience through timely and accurate support
- Educate customers on responsible gaming practices and company policies
Requirements
- Diploma in any field
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Typing speed of 50 WPM with 90% accuracy
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
