Executive - Clinical Systems & Informatics

JOB PROFILE
- Support the implementation and enhancement of digital workflows and Hospital Information Systems (HIS/EHR) to promote a paperless and efficient healthcare environment.
- Provide first level application and technical support by monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with IT teams and vendors.
- Assist in system administration, including user account management, access control, system configurations and basic database validation.
- Support system integrations, testing (UAT), new feature deployments and ensure data quality, confidentiality and compliance with audit requirements.
- Conduct user training, provide technical guidance and drive continuous improvement through user feedback and adoption initiatives.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Health Informatics or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of client server architecture, databases (SQL), networking fundamentals (IP, VPN) and IT troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel, with exposure to software applications, reporting or databases.
- Graduates are encouraged to apply. Internship, project experience, or exposure to HIS/EHR, system integrations, APIs or network troubleshooting will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and adapt to a fast paced healthcare environment.
