TRAVEL CONSULTANT – UK TRAVEL MARKET
Travel Goals UK is looking for a Travel Consultant to join our team in Colombo. If you've got a couple of years of travel sales experience, know your way around long-haul and tailor-made holiday packages, and actually enjoy the hustle of hitting targets – this could be a good fit. You'll be working directly with UK clients, building holidays for them from scratch, all while working alongside an award-winning brand with real room to grow into senior roles.

REQUIREMENTS
- 1–2 years' travel sales experience as a Travel Consultant
- Telesales experience (KPO/BPO sales background is a plus)
- Knowledge of tailor-made holidays, long-haul travel, or multi-destination itineraries
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills Familiarity with GDS systems (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre)
- Strong attention to detail inbooking/ itinerary handling
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Age 21–30
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Willing to work the 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM shift

Office Location: Prime Colombo 03 office, Millennium Building strictly office-based, no work-from-home
