Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Administration, Facilities Management, Workplace Operations, Corporate Services, or a similar function.
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Property Management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience managing office facilities, workplace operations, vendor relationships, and maintenance activities.
  • Exposure to office setup, relocation, expansion, or supporting a new office/site establishment will be a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of workplace health & safety, statutory compliance, business continuity, and facilities management best practices.
  • Strong planning, coordination, communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience within a BPO, Shared Services, Banking, Insurance, or large corporate environment will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day administration and facilities operations of the Kurunegala delivery center.
  • Coordinate office setup, workspace planning, infrastructure readiness, and facility enhancement initiatives.
  • Ensure the workplace remains safe, secure, compliant, and fully operational by coordinating maintenance, housekeeping, security, utilities, access control, CCTV, and other essential facility services.
  • Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and facility-related procurement to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
  • Oversee office assets, inventory, pantry operations, stationery, and general administrative requirements.
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for office infrastructure, equipment, and workplace facilities.
  • Support workplace health & safety, statutory compliance, audits, emergency preparedness, and business continuity initiatives.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to support employee engagement activities, office events, and workplace experience initiatives.
  • Monitor operational expenses, maintain facility documentation and service records, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
