JUNIOR EXECUTIVE - CALL CENTER

Echem Educations is looking for energetic, customer oriented individuals to join our dynamic Contact Center Team as Junior Call Center Executives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails and chats.
  • Provide accurate information regarding services.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain and update accurate customer records.
  • Meet daily performance metrics and quality benchmarks.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Successful completion of the G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) examination. A Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English.
  • Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage (School leavers are welcome to apply).
