I completed BSc in textile engineering from CITY UNIVERSITY in 2010 with major subject in wet processing technology useful to this role and washing industries, and I have almost 14 years professional working experience with proven track-records of leadership, innovation, sustainability, strategic business planning and development in the field of garments washing industries. Throughout my career I’ve dedicated myself to mastering the art of denim washing and gained extensive expertise in managing all around production, R&D, quality assurance, collaborative communication, strategic planning, operations management and process optimisation, as well as lead team to deliver outstanding results by seamless coordination and optimal performance.

I am passionate to innovate new washing techniques, implementing process development, risk assessment, cost analysis, product quality control, continuous improvement of the washing process and always looking for ways to enhance my skills all of these help me to achieve superior aesthetics on garments to meet customer satisfaction and factory goals.

As a washing specialist, I am adept at fostering collaborative teamwork, implementing process improvements, exceeding customer expectations, maintaining test parameters from development to bulk for hassle free shipment, and streamlining operations to maximize efficiency resulted in significant cost, wastage tournaround time reduction.

I am the type of person who always act as a positive role model for the company, and take on responsibility for my ongoing professional development.

I am a fast learner who possess excellent problem solving capabilities and can manage a significant workload.

I am not afraid to take on new challenges and responsibilities, and I thrive in fast-paced environments, under pressure, product quality control, environmental responsibility, finding ways to increase productivity with controlling the rejection, along with committed to elevating production efficiency.

I always try to stay attuned on industry trends and technologies by effective collaboration with buying houses technician, multinational machine suppliers companies, attending trade shows and key persons within washing industries, demonstrate attention to detail, be familiar with environmental and ethical considerations in denim production.
