Guest Service Associate
Unveiled in November 2016, Milaidhoo is a collection of 50 luxurious villas and residences. Nestled within the Baa Atoll UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, this private island is the essence of contemporary Maldives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury resort environment
- Highly flexible, goal-oriented, and an excellent team player
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Strong working knowledge of Opera PMS
- Creative and innovative mindset
- Well-groomed appearance with no visible tattoos, maintaining a polished and professional image
- Skilled in handling last-minute guest requests or changes with confidence and composure
- Experienced in coordinating luggage handling and guest transfers efficiently and courteously
