THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Director of F&B to lead all Food & Beverage operations across the resort. You will drive profitability, elevate guest satisfaction, and inspire a culture of excellence across all F&B outlets.
- Drive profitability by developing strategies that increase sales and maximize revenue.
- Lead and oversee all F&B outlets, ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, and service standards.
- Develop, coach, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
- Create and manage budgets, control costs, and ensure strong financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
- Drive innovation in menu development, concepts, and guest experiences.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience in Food & Beverage management at a luxury resort or five-star hotel.
- Proven track record in driving profitability and operational excellence.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of F&B trends, cost control, and inventory management.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Fluent in English. Additional languages are an advantage.
