Big Game Captain - Full time
Key responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain the boat.
- Lead and assist guests on big game fishing trips.
- Prepare and maintain fishing gear, bait, and equipment.
- Provide safety briefings and ensure guest comfort throughout the trip.
- Perform daily boat inspections, cleaning, and basic maintenance.
- Monitor engine servicing and report maintenance needs.
- Maintain high standards of safety, customer service, and professionalism.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Big Game Fishing Captain or Boat Captain.
- Valid boat captain license.
- Good knowledge of boat handling, navigation, and fishing techniques.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- First Aid certification is an advantage.
