BUGGY & BICYCLE MECHANIC
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, servicing, and repairs of resort buggies and bicycles.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system faults in electric buggies.
- Inspect, maintain, and repair buggy battery systems, motors, controllers, wiring, brakes, steering, and suspension components.
- Carry out battery testing, charging-system checks, terminal maintenance, and replacement of defective components.
- Repair and maintain bicycles, including brakes, gears, chains, wheels, bearings, and other components.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure all buggies and bicycles are safe, reliable, and operational.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and operational repair requests.
- Maintain proper records of servicing, repairs, spare parts, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure tools, equipment, spare parts, and workshop areas are properly maintained and organized.
- Follow resort safety procedures and Engineering Department standards at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an Automotive Mechanic.
- Experience in buggy maintenance and repair.
- Strong knowledge of buggy control and battery systems.
- Good mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Bicycle repair experience is an advantage.
- Technical qualification in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering preferred.
