Assistant Transport Manager - Full time
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily boat transfer operations to ensure safe and efficient service.
- Coordinate boat schedules, crew assignments, and guest transfers.
- Monitor boat maintenance, inspections, and operational readiness.
- Maintain accurate operational records, logs, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
- Support and supervise transport team members while delivering excellent guest service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in marine transport, boat operations, or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of boat operations, maintenance, and maritime safety procedures.
- Ability to plan schedules, coordinate crews, and manage daily operations.
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- First Aid certification and knowledge of diving or water sports operations will be an advantage.
