Sales Centre Manager (FIT)
nThe Sales Centre Manager (FIT) is responsible for leading the day-to-day performance of SONEVA's FIT sales team across all markets. This hands-on leadership role drives revenue, conversion, guest satisfaction and operational excellence while developing a high-performing team that consistently delivers exceptional service reflecting SONEVA's luxury positioning.

- Strong leadership, people management and coaching skills, with the ability to build and develop a high-performing sales team. n
- Proven ability to drive FIT revenue, conversion, average booking value, upselling and guest satisfaction. n
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of luxury travel markets, guest preferences and seasonal demand. n
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation and relationship-management skills. n
- Confident in managing VIP and high-net-worth guests with professionalism and discretion. n
- Strong CRM and pipeline-management discipline, including follow-ups and won/lost tracking. n
- Comfortable analysing and presenting sales KPIs, including conversion, response time, booking value and pipeline health. n
- Ability to maintain consistently high service standards across email, telephone and WhatsApp channels. n
- Fluent English is essential; additional regional languages are a strong advantage. n
Experience
n- n
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in FIT, luxury hospitality or high-end travel sales. n
- At least 2-3 years of experience leading and managing a sales or reservations team. n
- Proven track record of taking ownership of revenue and conversion targets for a sales portfolio. n
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Sales or a related field is preferred. n
- Experience handling VIP and high-net-worth guests and resolving complex sales, payment or operational matters. n
- Willing and able to lead a team operating on a 24/7 shift pattern. n
