Herbalist (Seasonal Contract)
The Herbalist will be responsible for conducting personalized Herbal Wellness consultations and provide recommendations based on individual guest needs. Prepare and recommend herbal tea blends, oils, remedies, and wellness treatments. Provide guests with knowledgeable guidance on the benefits, preparation, appropriate use, and contraindications of various herbs.
Requirements:
- Diploma, degree, or formal certification in Herbalism, Ayurveda, Naturopathy, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, wellness retreat, or spa environment.
- Strong knowledge of herbal benefits, preparation methods, applications, and contraindications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong guest-service orientation with a warm, professional, and engaging personality.
- Relevant formal education and professional training in herbal wellness.
- Experience working in an ultra-luxury resort and the ability to adapt to a remote island/resort environment in the Maldives will be an advantage.
