SPA SUPERVISOR
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role at a 5-star resort/hotel
- Strong knowledge of spa treatments, therapies, products, and wellness services
- Good understanding of spa operations, treatment procedures, hygiene standards, and guest service practices
- Good knowledge of spa products, treatments, retail sales, and upselling techniques
- Ability to monitor treatment quality and ensure services are delivered consistently according to established standards
- Good knowledge of inventory control, stock handling, and minimizing product wastage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A natural crowd-pleaser (warm, welcoming and a great communicator)
- Fun, friendly and outgoing personality
- A team player with a can-do attitude
- A well-presented rockstar look to match our brand
- Previous experience in the Maldives is a plus
