SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role at a 5-star resort / hotel
- Ability to handle guest requests, questions, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented work environment
- Physically fit and able to perform the operational requirements of the position, particularly for beach-related duties
- Knowledge of beverage service, cocktail preparation, bar operations, and responsible service practices
- Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and delivering service in line with Hard Rock's energetic and vibrant culture
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A natural crowd-pleaser (warm, welcoming and a great communicator)
- Fun, friendly and outgoing personality
- A team player with a can-do attitude
- A well-presented rockstar look to match our brand
- Previous experience in the Maldives is a plus
