- Minimum 3 years related work experience in five-star luxury property in a similar role.
- A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is a plus.
- An outgoing personality with exceptional customer service skills.
- Passion for working with children.
- Experience in the creation of new, unique and engaging activities that draw upon the best cultural, sporting or wellbeing offerings of the resort.
- Fluent communication in English is required; proficiency in Russian will be considered an advantage.
- Friendly and enthusiastic to work with multi nationality & able to live on a remote island.
