Become a SAii Host
SAii Lagoon Maldives, Curio Collection by Hilton is seeking passionate and dynamic professionals to be part of our growing team. As a SAii Host, you will become an ambassador of our brand, creating memorable experiences for each of our guests.
SAii CAP
- Minimum 1 year of experience in bell service, guest services, Front Office or in a similar role in a 5* hotel/resort
- Ability to assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, room directions, and general enquiries
- Ability to create a positive first and last impression through professional and attentive service
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling guest luggage and personal belongings
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and handle luggage for extended periods
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for assisting guests
- Good command of English, both verbal and written; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
- Experience with Opera PMS or other hotel systems would be an advantage
- Fun, friendly and outgoing personality
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Previous experience in the Maldives is a plus
