Bar Supervisor
- 2–3 years of experience in a Bar Supervisor, Senior Bartender, or similar role, preferably within a resort or remote tropical destination.
- Proven experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant, with strong knowledge of bartending, cocktails, beverages, service standards, and bar operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, train, and supervise a multicultural team.
- Excellent guest interaction and communication skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional and personalized guest experiences.
- Good knowledge of bar operations, stock control, inventory, cost control, hygiene, POS, and opening/closing procedures.
- A positive, energetic, and vibrant personality, with the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment and handle guest concerns professionally.
- Passionate about music, entertainment, and guest engagement, with an interest in supporting choreographed performances and creating a lively bar atmosphere.
- Adaptable, flexible, and people-oriented, with a genuine passion for hospitality and the ability to thrive in a tropical resort environment with a diverse, multicultural team.
