Water Sport Guide Full-time, resort-based
Key responsibilities
- Safely lead and instruct guests in various water sports activities (windsurfing, catamaran sailing, jet skiing, paddleboarding, etc.).
- Actively monitor water conditions, enforce safety rules, and ensure the complete well-being of all guests in the lagoon.
- Conduct daily checks, cleaning, and basic maintenance of water sports gear and motorized equipment.
- Enthusiastically promote water sports packages, excursions, and activities to resort guests to hit team targets.
- Collaborate closely with the Dive Center, Excursions, and Resort Front Office teams to ensure flawless guest experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Water Sports Guide, ideally within a 5-star resort environment in the Maldives.
- A valid Water Sports license (VDWS, IKO) is highly preferred.
- A valid boat driving license is a significant advantage.
- Outstanding customer care skills, a warm personality, high motivation, and a great team-player attitude.
