Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the water bottling plant to ensure efficient daily production.
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs on bottling equipment.
- Monitor water quality and maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Maintain production, maintenance, and inventory records for consumables and spare parts.
- Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures while responding promptly to equipment breakdowns.
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in water bottling, water treatment, or similar production/maintenance operations preferred.
- Basic knowledge of bottling equipment, water treatment, systems, and preventive maintenance.
- Good communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently, maintain hygiene standards, and work flexible hours when required.
