What We're Looking For:
- Butler Manager
We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our luxurious resort team. General Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in a five-star resort environment
- Strong knowledge of OPERA PMS and Microsoft Office
- Lead butler team ensuring the operation is as per set standards
- Act as primary contact for guests, able remain on the floor for extended periods and manage the operation
- Active problem-solving mindset, handle complex guest complaints with diplomacy
- Excellent leadership, organizational, time management, teamwork and communication skills
