Commis Butchery
- Previous experience or basic training in butchery within a hotel, resort, or professional kitchen environment.
- Basic knowledge of meat cuts, portioning, trimming, and handling of poultry, red meat, and seafood.
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and HACCP guidelines.
- Ability to follow instructions from senior chefs and work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic communication skills in English; ability to understand kitchen instructions.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours and handle manual kitchen tasks.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality and consistency.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and reliability.
