REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in 5-star Hotel / Resort.
- Previous experience in Reservations, Front Office, or luxury hospitality.
- Experience with Opera PMS or similar reservation systems preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and multitasking ability.
- Guest-focused approach with a strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards.
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
