Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- A minimum 3 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to talent acquisition and retention functions.
- Experience in the hospitality or luxury resort industry is preferred.
- A knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- A proven experience in designing and implementing employee retention and engagement programs.
- A monitoring of employee engagement levels and recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives.
- A ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- A team player with a positive can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.
