- Minimum 3 years related work experience in five-star luxury property in a similar role.
- Certification as a Certified Tea Master, Tea Sommelier, or equivalent qualification from an internationally recognized and accredited institution is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of various tea varieties, their origins, and traditional preparation methods.
- Positive, engaging personality with a professional appearance and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.
- Experience of working in remote island preferred.
- Outgoing personality, team player, self-managed, problem-solving skills, adaptability, resilience, able to multi-task and a passion for leading a healthy lifestyle.
