- Minimum 3–5 years of related electrical management experience in a five-star luxury resort environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or an equivalent field.
- Licensed Electrical Engineer or Master Electrician credential required; High Voltage (HV) handling license and safety certifications preferred.
- In-depth expertise in High/Medium/Low voltage power distribution, synchronized diesel generators, solar PV systems, and UPS networks.
- Hands-on experience overseeing resort utility plants, including Desalination (RO), Sewage Treatment (STP), central HVAC/Chillers, and LPG infrastructure.
- Proficiency in managing Building Management Systems (BMS/SCADA), low-current systems, and energy management software.
- Experience working in a remote island environment preferred.
- Strong leadership abilities, proactive problem-solving, resilience, adaptability, and a passion for leading a healthy lifestyle.
