- Minimum 3 years related work experience in five-star luxury property in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving beverages.
- Positive and engaging personality with a professional appearance.
- Strong attention to detail with a solid understanding of bar tools and drink-mixing techniques.
- Experience of working in remote island preferred.
- Outgoing personality, team player, self-managed, problem-solving skills, adaptability, resilience, able to multi-task and a passion for leading a healthy lifestyle.
