Chief Engineer (Pre-Opening)

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 10 years of Engineering leadership experience, including 5 years in a Chief Engineer or senior Engineering management role within a luxury resort or five-star hotel.
- Proven pre-opening experience with construction handover, commissioning, and establishing preventive maintenance systems.
- Strong commercial, technical, and project management skills, with experience managing budgets, utilities, compliance, and engineering operations.
- An inspiring leader with a passion for sustainability, operational excellence, and developing high-performing multicultural teams.
