Requirements
- Proven experience in a guest-facing role, preferably within the hospitality industry. (Minimum 2 Years in a similar role)
- Diploma or First Degree in Hospitality management / customer service related. Familiar with OPERA.
- Fluency in Russian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and meet targets.
- Experience in training and development is an advantage.
- Team player with a positive can-do attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additional language (Italian, German, French, Chinese) will be an added advantage.
