SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role at a 5-star resort/hotel
- Relevant technical qualifications for the position
- Knowledge of age-appropriate educational and recreational activities
- Passion for creating fun, interactive, and memorable experiences for children and families
- Strong customer service orientation with a genuine passion for hospitality
- Proficiency in Arabic and English communication
- A natural crowd-pleaser (warm, welcoming and a great communicator)
- Positive, energetic, and outgoing personality
- A team player with a can-do attitude
- A well-presented rockstar look to match our brand
- Previous experience in the Maldives is a plus
