BAR & RESTAURANT TEAM LEADER

- BAR & RESTAURANT TEAM LEADER
ESSENTIAL WORK ACTIVITIES
- Supervise daily shift operations & ensure compliance with all F&B policies and brand standards
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards in all assigned outlets are met and maintained
- Responsible for food & beverage stock control
- Supervising service of the team and actively interact with guests
- Monitor team performance
- Encourage and empower team to provide excellent service
- Effectively respond to all guest feedback and queries
- Actively involved in setting department targets and objectives and achieving them
- Coach individual team members to develop their skills to maximize performance
- Training skills
PROFILE
- Minimum 2 years’ work experience as a Team Leader
- Knowledge of POS systems (Micros, R-Keeper, Symphony etc.) would be an added advantage
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Knowledge about Mixology
- Excellent communications skills in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Training skills
