Key Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in guest relations or similar roles in hospitality industry
- Excellent spoken and written in English
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills and personalized service
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- A positive "can do" attitude
