QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star resort.
- Basic knowledge of MICROS/POS billing and shop inventory.
- Good organizational and administrative skills.
- Growth mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Friendly, service-oriented, and proactive attitude.
