Sale Assistant - Italian Speaker
JOB SUMMARY:
Diamonds Thudufushi Beach & Water Villas is seeking a reliable, warm, enthusiastic and service-oriented Sale Assistant to join our Boutique team. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting guests with their shopping needs and maintaining an attractive and well-organized boutique.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Maintain the Boutique in a clean, organized and attractive condition.
- Be knowledgeable about all Boutique products, prices and availability.
- Welcome guests, understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Handle sales transactions accurately, including pricing, labeling, system entry and issuing receipts.
- Replenish stock and maintain attractive product displays.
- Receive, verify, register and display new Boutique items.
- Conduct monthly inventories and maintain accurate stock records.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and inventory reports.
- Monitor product movement and expiry dates, and report slow-moving items or discrepancies to the Boutique Manager.
- Support initiatives to enhance Boutique sales and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the Boutique Tailor regarding guest alterations and adjustments.
General Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Italian (additional languages are an advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, multicultural and fast-paced environment.
