Unveiled in November 2016, Milaidhoo Maldives is a collection of 50 villa boutique luxury resort. Nestled within the Baa Atoll UNESCO biosphere reserve, in proximity to Hanifaru Bay, it rests 126km northwest of Male.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury resort.
- Strong culinary knowledge across various cuisines.
- Excellent knowledge of HACCP and food safety.
- Ability to supervise and train junior chefs.
- Good knowledge of food cost control and stock management.
- Creative, organised, detail-oriented, and able to work well Under pressure.
- Well-groomed and able to work in a multicultural team.
