Senior Roohu (Butler Supervisor) - Female
Key Competencies
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within an ultra-luxury resort or hotel.
- Must possess excellent guest service skills.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong operational knowledge of luxury villa, butler, and guest service functions.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities and be able to supervise and guide a team of butlers.
- Be able to support the Butler Manager with any supervisory level task assigned.
- Must have a keen eye for detail, ensuring flawless execution of all service duties.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge and experience with LQA standards.
- Have excellent knowledge of computing and office software and be familiar with PMS.
- Exhibit a positive attitude, outgoing personality, and the ability to work as part of a team.
