nLandscaping Manager
nKey Competencies
n- n
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort. n
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma related to Landscaping/Horticulture. n
- Possess strong knowledge of gardening practices, plant care, inventory management and the ability to perform all related tasks. n
- Ability to supervise and motivate a diverse landscaping team. n
- Upskill and train Islanders and team members, fostering career growth. n
- Good operational, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must. n
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people management skills. n
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. n
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tasks. n
- Positive attitude, self-motivated and goal-driven. n
- Experience working in the Maldives or other remote locations is highly desirable. n
