F&B OPERATIONS MANAGER
We are looking for an experienced and passionate F&B Operations Manager to lead and elevate the Food & Beverage experience at Soneva Secret. This role requires a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of ultra-luxury hospitality, exceptional service, personalized dining and a strong appreciation for wine and beverage culture.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive Food & Beverage management experience, including leadership experience within a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel or resort environment.
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring seamless and consistently exceptional service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both guests and Hosts.
- Create memorable, highly personalized dining experiences that anticipate and respond to individual guest preferences and expectations.
- Maintain the highest standards of food and beverage service, presentation, hygiene, quality and attention to detail across all outlets and guest experiences.
- A genuine passion for hospitality, storytelling and creating experiences that guests will remember long after their stay.
- Possess strong wine knowledge and practical experience in wine service, food and wine pairing, cellar management and developing memorable wine experiences.
- A sommelier background or formal wine qualification such as WSET or equivalent will be a strong advantage.
- Build feedback and service recovery with confidence, discretion and a genuine commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Comfortable working in a remote island environment and adaptable to the flexibility required in a small, dynamic ultra-luxury operation.
