Engineering Team Leader

nWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Engineering Team Leader to manage the efficient operation and maintenance of works within the Resort. This role ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of the engineering department and the continued success of the Resort's infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operation, inspection, and maintenance of the resort. n
- Manage and motivate the engineering team, ensuring effective execution of tasks and projects. n
- Ensure compliance with all local safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in engineering operations n
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure minimal disruption to resort guests during maintenance activities n
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas requiring improvement or urgent repairs n
- Ensure all equipment and tools used by the engineering team are well-maintained and safely operated n
