Location: Kagi Maldives Resort & Spa, Republic of Maldives
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably as a Butler, Guest Relations, Villa Host, or in luxury hospitality.
- Strong guest-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, providing personalized and attentive service.
- Ability to anticipate and respond to guest needs, handle requests efficiently, and maintain high standards of service and discretion.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; additional language skills are an advantage, with a professional and well-presented appearance.
- Flexibility to perform various duties and take on additional responsibilities as required by management.
- Physically fit and capable of performing role-specific tasks efficiently in a resort environment.
- Commitment to maintaining hygiene, safety, and operational standards at all times.
