Requirements
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Sound knowledge of food and beverage service standards relevant to the position.
- A strong commitment to guest satisfaction and the delivery of professional, personalized service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage confidently with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- A strong command of written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages will be an advantage.
- High standards of personal presentation, integrity, and professional conduct.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and respond promptly to guest requests and concerns.
- A collaborative approach, with flexibility to work shifts and undertake additional duties as operationally required.
- A commitment to maintaining hygiene, health, safety, and operational standards at all times.
