REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience as a Shopkeeper, Retail Assistant, or similar role, preferably in a resort or hotel.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of retail sales, billing, and cash handling.
• Ability to maintain accurate stock records and conduct inventory checks.
• Good knowledge of merchandising and product display.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Professional appearance and a friendly attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
