Butler - Chinese Speaking
Crown & Champa Resorts is seeking a passionate and service oriented Chinese Speaking Butler to deliver personalized and exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Task and responsibilities
- Provide personalized, attentive, and professional butler service to Chinese speaking and international guests
- Communicate effectively in Mandarin Chinese and English, assisting guests throughout their stay
- Anticipate guest preferences and requirements to deliver seamless and memorable experiences
- Coordinate guest requests with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Spa, and other operational departments
- Assist with arrivals, departures, room orientation, dining arrangements, excursions, and special occasions
- Maintain detailed knowledge of resort facilities, services, activities, and promotions
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensure guest preferences and relevant information are accurately recorded and communicated to concerned departments
- Maintain the highest standards of grooming, confidentiality, service excellence, and luxury hospitality at all times
Qualifications & experience
- Previous experience in a Butler, Guest Relations, Front Office, or similar guest facing role, preferably within a luxury resort or five star hospitality environment.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is essential; additional languages will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and guest handling skills.
- Excellent understanding of personalized service and luxury hospitality standards.
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and handle requests efficiently and professionally.
- Professional appearance with high standards of grooming and personal presentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team and fast-paced resort environment.
- Flexible, positive, and service-oriented attitude with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
