HOUSEKEEPING
ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing housekeeping, laundry, and public area operations.
- Ensure villa cleanliness, room inspections, linen quality, and laundry standards meet resort requirements.
- Supervise staff scheduling, task allocation, training, and performance management across all sections.
- Monitor linen, uniforms, amenities, chemicals, equipment, inventory, and departmental costs.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure operational efficiency, timely service delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in housekeeping and laundry operations, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of public area cleaning, laundry processes, linen and uniform care, and hygiene standards.
- Good command of English, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in housekeeping systems.
