Key Responsibilities
- Prepare mise en place and menu items in accordance with established standards.
- Ensure efficient order preparation with proper portion control and food cost awareness.
- Maintain proper food storage, cleanliness, and organization of work areas.
- Maintain high standards of personal grooming, hygiene, and uniform presentation.
- Comply with all Resort Fire & Safety, Health, Safety, and Hygiene policies.
Required skills and qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role in a 5 Star property, preferably in the Maldives.
- Knowledge of cooking procedures.
- Able to work in an Island Resort within a multicultural environment.
