The Golden Crown consists of 155 Rooms and Suites and most elegant and modern banquet halls which can comfortably accommodate 2000 guests.
VACANCY:
We are seeking experienced and results-driven professional for the following position:
Guest Relations Executive
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or a similar role in a star-class hotel.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service while handling guest inquiries, complaints, VIP guests, special requests, and guest feedback professionally.
- Experience in coordinating with multiple hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Familiarity with Hotel Management Systems, hotel reservation systems, and front office operations, with proficiency in MS Office applications and Outlook.
- Courteous, well-groomed, and guest-focused personality with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED :
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in Sinhala and/or Tamil will be an added advantage; knowledge of additional foreign languages is desirable.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
