VILLA CHEF (Multi-Cuisine)
Dream Lodge Hanthana is an exclusive 3-room luxury boutique villa located in the beautiful Hanthana Hills, Kandy. We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and multi-skilled professionals to join our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, BBQ, and à la carte meals.
- Maintain high food quality and hygiene standards.
- Manage kitchen stock and food cost.
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized.
- Support overall villa operations when required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in Sri Lankan and Western cuisine.
- Knowledge of à la carte and BBQ preparation.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work independently in a boutique villa environment.
