ASSISTANT MANAGER / MANAGER MARKETING (IFU)

Job Profile
- Develop and implement strategies to promote Islamic leasing products such as Ijara and other Shariah-compliant financing solutions.
- Identify new market opportunities and build strong relationships with corporate and retail clients.
- Achieve assigned business targets for Islamic leasing portfolio growth.
- Promote Islamic finance products through marketing campaigns, seminars, and networking events.
- Lead and manage the marketing team for Islamic leasing products.
- Develop marketing strategies aligned with the company's Islamic finance objectives.
- Build partnerships with vehicle dealers, equipment suppliers, and corporate clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities related to Islamic finance products.
Person's Profile
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in leasing, banking, or financial services.
- At least 2–3 years’ experience in Islamic finance products such as Ijara, Murabaha, or Wakala.
- Strong knowledge of Islamic finance principles and Shariah-compliant products.
- Leadership and team management.
- Marketing and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and portfolio management skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Islamic Finance, or Marketing.
- Professional qualification in Islamic Finance (CIMA Islamic Finance, AAOIFI, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
